Monomax?

Anyone know if KYB monomax shocks are any good?
Looking at a set for the back of the Dakota.

Monomax?

What are you trying to accomplish with the truck? The factory shocks on
my 96 Ram sucked (they were way to soft and the backs blew out around
20,000 miles). I put Bilstein's on it and it made a lot of difference
when towing or hauling. I also put the same shocks on the front but they
were a bit on the stiff side.

Monomax?

The truck has 86K on what appear to be factory shocks! It's a quadcab 4X4 and it's starting to get "loose" in the rear as in it walks around corners on bumps and shidders and hops when going over rough troad. the dealer put new factory shocks on the front of it last March before I bought it so they are good.
I saw a pair of Monomaxes for $32 on evilebay and they are red with black boots and match the truck so I wondered what they rode and handle like.
