Availablity of NOS adaptor plate available for the Carter BBD 2 bbl?

Would anyone know if there's a wet system NOS adaptor plate available for the Carter BBD 2 bbl? There's ones for Holly and Rochester carb, but none listed in an old 1997 NOS catalog for a Carter.
